We work for the same company. She's a hard worker! So I never really see her outside of her office. We've had a little bit of small talk here and there, but nothing notable. It's not that she's hot...it's that she has an extraordinary vibe...I think she has the perfect personality for me. Another problem is that she isn't single! Usually I'd turn my cheek to a taken woman, but I hear her boyfriend is a dead beat! I know I can treat her way better then he does. He doesn't fit her at all. I'm sending her flowers that she will get tomorrow, however I didn't say they were from me...I signed them secret admirer. WHAT's MY NEXT STEP!!!???? help me ladies! How do I pull her? I think that you should definitely be yourself. I know it sounds cheesy, but a girl appreciates a guy who is confident in themself and willing to show their true colors, not someone they really aren't. I definitely think the flowers were a good idea and I think that the best way to get her to like you is by just being yourself. Also, it helps if you bring up a conversation starter with her. Just ask her what she likes to do or what her favorite band is. Just simple things like that you may find that you have in common. Also, its OK to compliment her sometimes. Ladies enjoy a little flattery every once in a while. good luck

Try being her friend. It will be easier to steal her away if you are her buddy first. Then she can get to know you with no pressure. When she gets the flowers, tell her they were from you and you sent them because you were thinking about her and wanted to do something nice for her. This will make her feel super warm and fuzzy about you. I think she will get the hint that you are the better man. :) Good luck!

Get to know her better, and stay as friends first. She's still in a relationship, so respect her as it is! You have to understand that you are going to make things difficult for her (suspect of cheating?) if her boyfriend knows. And good luck to you!
