us mail is it possible for the mail to get back up?

is it possible for the mail to get back up? because i sent my birthday card two weeks ago and wrote kinda the right address forgot to put trla#5! would they send it back? is it possible for it to get back up?

Yes. They have some problems right now. It will come back to you if it doesn't get there.

"Backed up"
It is possible that your card got a little off track. They will send it back if it is undeliverable, meaning that you didn't get the address right.
