Give yourself some time.Don't rush into your decision of turning veggie overnight.Try sticking onto a vegge diet but have non-veg whenever you feel like.Suppressing your feelings would increase your craving.Very soon you will realised you are successfullu going towards vegetarianism.

Going vegge is all about being mercy to animals and stop killing them to feed our stomach. I am very happy to see someone is joining us.

To be a vegetarian, it is not as hard as you think. Try to find a Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant, you'll be surprised that Taiwanese able to serve you yummy food with toufu, soya and veggie.

You can start with vegetarian sausage, vegetarian steak, etc (we can normally get them easily from supermarket, but not sure whether at your place, you can get them as easy as I do??)These vegetarian meat taste like meat, but actually made from soya, taufu and mushroom. You can use them to replace the real meat and cook as usual. (Buying a Chinese vegetarian cook book is a good idea too, somehow Chinese has longer history in vegetarian). After sometimes, slowly cut it down from your diet (I mean those vegetarian meat and sausage) and slowly you'll successfully joint in the vegetarian family. Welcome!!

p/s: I am not Taiwanese, I am Malaysian.

It is best if you mix your diet of vegge with stock of chiken and meat. By doing so you will be controlling the calorie intake while enjoying the flavour and aroma of your favourite foods.

ok it really is my meatloaf, it really is outstanding for 30 people i don't understand yet take all the floor beef upload a loaf of unpolluted bread torn into products (this can create a marble result contained in the meatloaf, style of like in an extremely solid steak, and could reduce down on the grease on the bottom of the pan) upload, i don't understand 5 or 6 eggs a head of unpolluted minced garlic 2 tubes of ritz crackers (usual is great) salt to style pepper to style and (it really is major) quite a number of previous Bay seasoning for 20-30 kilos i ought to say a minimum of a stunning good 0.5 of a can of it (i don't understand what it does to the meatloaf regardless of the indisputable fact that it makes it magnificent, It provides a warmth heady spice scent to it) for the topping I slice thick beefsteak tomatoes till they conceal the proper. I bake it for 40 5 minutes to an hour till it really is purely about finished and the tomatoes are caramelized, and then I spread tomato ketchup severe of that and positioned it again in for approximately fifteen minutes. The topping is thick and exceptionally and extremely fulfilling be at liberty to tweak all of it you opt on.

They have meat alternatives such as tofu and other things. If you just cant stand chicken, why not just cut poultry from your diet? All I can say is if you really want to be vegetarian just do it... I wasn't ready to give up chicken personally.

You can get BONELESS & SKINLESS chicke breast and thighs. Being vegetarian is more of a way of life rather than being plainly a picky eater.
I make my tacos with ground soy and my stew with soy cutlets when I am in a meatless mood.

Please dont go that way. I used to live with roomates whom are veggie, for 5 years they would not allow me to cook meat, unless I kill it's myself. Mostly quails and varies small games. If you think of going veggie just cut back on meat consumption. Just like a once a while meal.

it doesn't sound like you really ready to go full blown veggie so don't eat the meats you don't want to and when you do ease up on them one step at a time than you will know just what you want to do later
