Seriously, how do you do it? I'm 15 and all i can think about is how much i want to kiss this one guy. I dont know if i'd ever go through with it as we are just friends, but either way i've never kissed and i feel like such a loser. How do you kiss a guy?

You put your head close to her. You go in but not yet than he will move closer to you as soon as he moves in than you put your lips on to his lips and kiss him.

Start out simple, a simple closed mouth kiss on the lips. Tilt your head, lean it, and close your eyes. A nice touch may be putting your hand on the back of his head...but only if you feel comfortable doing it!

Its kinda like a dance, you go in he goes in. You close you eyes, he closes his eyes. Your lips meet, press, hold release, smile. TAADAA! The first time will be awkward but practice makes perfect. ; )
