i am shopping for a new desk top. is one better than a another?

I got this, this mornning from the mail, hope it will help you out some. I am ready to give up on my Sony(It loaded 3 years ago)for a better up grade and more memory or better something. I love my Sony still, and will not get anything else if it not sound very very good. Hope you wait a few more days to get yours. To see if Yahoo Answers people will give us more information. I'm using Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, and it's working splendidly. Maybe you should get an upgrade of it, though, such as a 2006 or 2007 edition, but it's definitely worth it,
