I am on juvi probation. My probation officer dosent even respond to my voicemails, the court said i was to be off probation feb first with no eval. So should I assume i am off or wait for the okay from my PO?

I'd call him up one more time.....just to let him know. Then be cool.......don't do anything else to get busted for.

You need to get in contact with you PO and get the status of it don't take it for granted untill you talk to the PO because you don't need anything else to happen cause if you haven't finished all the conditions of your release you would be in violation, better to be safe then sorry.

Call the PO. If you get no response call the PO's supervisor.

Try calling the court clerks office. They should have your file.

I would consider yourself lucky. You did all you're supposed to do. Let them get ahold of you or wait for a discharge letter...If they want you, they'll find ya. Good luck with those nazi bastards.
