If you brush with peroxide does that help?
I was told an electric toothbrush enhanses massage and limits tearing down the tissue?
I already use Colgate's antibacterial toothpaste which helps a lot.
Any good remedies??

Swishing and brushing with hydrogen peroxide will definitely help give you healthy gums. It was prescribed by my dentist and it has always worked in healing any gum problems and healing any pain.

I have been doing it since 1966 and have excellent gums. The antibacterial mouth wash is good also for any remaining bacteria.
