They are delicious..I have always made spaghetti and meatballs. My husband always said "Not having meatballs in spaghetti was just like having a grilled cheese sandwich without the cheese"! So we always had the meatballs with the spaghetti!!

I'm sure if you crumbled the meatloaf, or cubed it into your spaghetti it would taste like spaghetti and meatballs.

A lot like meatballs. (My meatball recipe is almost identical to my meatloaf recipe)

Try it as it is very good. You might also add italian sausage.
