..in S.Carolina ? every 3 years is an evaluation. this one will be for my second term. Hawaii is where they started....not as liberal here in S.C. ?

Benefits shouldn't change if symptoms of the dissability haven't changed.Be sure to be thourough in you're definition of illness.Stress the full extent of the limitations it causes you no matter how small they might seem.

I don't know the answer to that specifically, but I'd think if you are GENUINELY bi-polar, they'd certainly let you keep your benefits. My mother lived in S.C. and was bi-polar, and she had no problem with benefits, but...she had the history and medical records to back everything up.

If they are evaluating your disability (just in case you had a miracle and they can't pay more money) Then you should be o.k.

If they are check assets you should be right unless you because rich and over the limit

They can't as long as the doctors have said that you are unable to work. They also can't if you need continuing therapy and or meds for your illness.
