Well they may not have "drugs" in them, but they do have a hefty amount of crap that you shouldn't eat. They are generally full of salt, and made from less than desirable ingredients. I've tried both of these meals and they always leave me less than satisfied. The best way to eat meals that are quick are to eat leftovers from meals that you made yourself. When I make something for dinner I usually make enough to have some for lunch the next day. Hot dishes are really good for that...they are filling and taste great reheated. Plus its a really good way to eat some veggies without having to eat a stalk of celery with your meal.

No. Just preservatives, artificial flavors, and xantham gum (whatever that is)
