Guh.... no. Generally, the reason living people turn into ghosts is because they aren't ready to leave yet. They're people with emotions. Some of them are just unwilling to accept that its time, others are angry, or afraid, or they just don't want to.
Non-living things don't have emotions. Though I suppose a non-living thing can continue to appear if a living person invested a great deal of their love and emotion in it.
Its people that do it, not things.

in accordance to religions who have faith in such issues you would be reborn as a human and the cycle keeps till you have further sufficient stable to the international at which factor your soul is reincarnated and you connect the international of the gods.
