OK so she said she was going to the movies with some frineds and me and my friends were going downtown shoppping! and we passed the movie theatre i look in the window and this really cute looking guy with a sport jacket polo and jeans kissing my MOM!! im so mad at her!! should i tell my dad? should i tell my mom what should i do!!

You poor thing. I feel for you on this one.
I would confront "mommy" and see what she says. Be aware that she will either deny or admit her offense, but either way she has destroyed her integrity between the two of you.
I would ask her if your dad knows about it before you try to tell him yourself. I would try to make it so she's the one admiting her deed to him and not you telling him.
A lot of this will also depend on the type of relationship that you have with your parents. You may be surprised to find out that they are swingers or something. Either way someones going to get hurt and that includes you. I f you tell on your mom she may never forgive you, if you accuse her by confronting dad then he may be upset with you for being the one to tell on her.
This, I hate to say, is ultimately between your parents and it should not involve you in anyway.
Are you okay with forgetting what you saw?
Could you look at your mom the same way again?
Probably not, otherwise you wouldn't be asking this here would you?
Maybe this is a good time for that long stay at grandma's house

"Blackmail" your mom. "What the hell "she has been cheating on your dad. So go and use your mom as a guinea pig.And get your way with her.And so let your mom tell your dad on her own, or let your dad find out.But your moms guilty conscious is just gonna burst out into guiltiness and she has to come clean to your dad.And you should just stay out of it and let your mom do the explaining. :)

Ouch thats a tough one. I would let my mom know she has been caught and then let her tell your dad or at least give her a chance to and if she doesnt then tell her you will tell dad if she wont, its not fair to your dad to be lied to.

Maybe if you talk to her about it, it will scare her into stopping and you wouldn't have to upset your father about it. Wow, what a terrible thing to see......
