Have 50 people (incl children). Will Pelligrino+ G ale have negative effect? Will use 16oz cups. Recipe: 64oz G ale, 46oz pineap+white grape juices? Also how can I increase the amts?

Skip the water because it will dilute the fizz. The rest of the ingredients sound good. You just have to go by feel and taste it while your making it. How do you think they did it back in the day...If you want another juice, use maybe a little apple. But I think your currents choices are super!!!

But listen folks: Why does everyone think while making a mock champagne, it has to taste sweet like kiddy soda? C'mon....let's get some ideas for making a non alcoholic version that will fool a champagne drinker.

Sounds great...just increase all amounts proportionately to increase total amount..........
