There are many different situations that I find makes me the only person in the universe to experience them way I do because, it's unique to me. We all have them but our perceptions of them can be quite different from person to person. And yes, I do think about it.

I never thought of it like that. At one time I thought only I experienced the negative feelings that I did with the accompanying emptiness. Now I have joined a 12 step fellowship I know that I am not alone anymore. It felt wondertful when I realised that. I came to life for the first time at age 33.

Not really, except for the bit where I am the only person in the universe who smells how I smell.
People tell me that all the time.
I may pollute the atmosphere but at least I'm conserving water!

Yes, beloved! Each individual person is an eye through which the whole of the universe sees itself.
I am the beloved and you are the beloved and angel and the rapist and the monster; all are the beloved.
The trick is realising it, of course.
Yes, I have 'experieced' unity.
So have you, by the sound of it.

hang on ... i am the only person in my Universe ...
who are you exactly?
naturally, i am the only one imperfectly but directly coupled to my senses, so only i can know how i sense all this ...
the beauty is in sharing an experience whilst honouring our differences and hoping our other special person is getting a fraction of the joy
