he works most nights hes a taxi driver so he cant txt all the time but even when he finishes at 2 am or 3 am he doesnt txt me

You may wanna try focusing on something other than "him" and "when he will call you." There is more to life than boys. You may wanna touch up on your spelling and punctuation in your free time because I just read one complete sentence.

It's curious that in this day and age some women still haven't learned to be assertive. Your problem, as you see it, was like it was before the struggle for womens lib back in the 60's. Before then a woman would never ask a man to dance, never call a guy on the telephone, lest the guy will think you're a tramp or desperate.
Any guy that thinks this way isn't worth knowing
Turn your seemingly disasterous problem into opportunity.
CALL HIM
and ask him if he thinks a woman is desperate or a tramp if she calls a guy. That's a perfectly innocent question to ask. Don't be afraid to.

If he is the type that thinks you're a tramp or desperate dump him.

It depends on how long it's been. Wait about a week or so. If you don't hear anything from him, move on to bigger and better things.
