It will make you lose weight, but believe it or not, it is less effective than a good diet. On top of that, your teeth will look like an Englishman's, you'll get stomach and throat ulcers and have chronic halitosis. In fact, when people suffering from bulimia get into a treatment center, they generally lose around 5 pounds when they begin eating again. Go out and buy a book on nutrition to figure out what you body really needs, and don't expect any miracles. Losing weight takes a while if you plan on it staying off.

Hi! How tall are you? If you are at 5'7" or over, then you are at a normal, healthy weight for your height! The girls who are 100 pounds are probably just not done growing yet.
Please do not crash diet, starve yourself, or become bulimic. You are in good health now..so do you really want to ruin that! You can die from these things; it's just not worth it.
Plus, these destructive behaviours only lead to the feeling of deprivation which may lead you to over-eat...and this can be a downward spiral towards a lifetime of overeating and actually gaining weight! Please trust me on this! And if you need any other help/support, feel free to send me a message. I am a 25 y/o who has been there, done that, was indeed 150 pounds at age 13, and have struggled with eating issues my entire life. Good luck to you.

Don't even bother asking this question on Yahoo Answers. Everyone's going to tell you "OMFG!! NO1!!!#$% THAT'S BAD FOR YOU!!!11"..... Pretty much what I'll tellyou, just not in that idiotic manner. Don't bother with other "diets" like starving yourself, fad diets, diet pills, etc. =/ Don't you know anything? Eating right and exercising will help you on your way. PEOPLE DON'T SAY IT FOR NO REASON. Don't be lazy, and eat small, several meals throughout the day. NOT McDonald's.

Let me tell you something else: THIS IS FOR EVERYONE TO BE HEALTHY, not just for overweight people. If you stuck to being healthy in the first place, you wouldn't be overweight...

If you aren't overweight and you're just freaking out for no reason, shut your mouth..... and still eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Be healthy, and don't give a **** about other people, either.

It is not only a waste of time, but it ruins your life. Your teeth rot from the stomach acids, you may lose the ability to have children, your throat is permanently scarred, your hair falls out from poor nutrition, your breath is bad, your bones begin to deteriorate, and you lose heart muscle which can send you into heart failure. Now what do you think? PLEASE! Do not be so concerned about your weight just because everyone else is 100 pounds. If you care about yourself you won't do it. Obviously I care about you or I wouldn't have answered this question.
