Generally they have parvo, distemper, adenovirus type 2(and hepatitis), parainfluenza, and leptospirosis. But it depends on where you live and what you vet feels that they need to be vaccinated for. You can also get a rabies and bordatella vaccinations, but they are not in the normal puppy shot.

At 3 months old the pups get their 3rd set of vaccines. At that age they can have the 3rd DHLPPC vacc that protects them from 6 different diseases, plus they are old enough to have a rabies shot too. Rabies and the 3rd puppy shot are usually going to fall in the 3-4 month old range, depending on the dates of the previous shots. It has nothing to do with something that lasts 3 months.

My vet does a 5-1 combo shot and a bordetella shot. Some vets will do rabies, but our vet does not do rabies until 4 months.
