If you mean steam created by the evaporation of water, like boiling it in a pan, it has no negative effect on the air. If you are inside a house it will raise the humidity until you open a window or door. However, steam released into the atmosphere generally will have no effect due to the little amount of water you are releasing. Steam is just a more visible process of what is happening with the oceans, lakes and rivers every day in a natural process of producing precipitation that you need!

EXCELLENT! If you have a zitty face then you can open your pores with steam or hot water. Then you wash thoroughly. Then close up your pores with cold water.
