See first of all you have to dress elegantly sexy or innocently sexy.Don't be too obvious because guys don't really like such brazen display.Wear a sexy Jeans and top and I think that will do.For the first time acciedntally bump into him,smile shyly say sorry .hope u get the idea.then i think rest will follow but u need to take the initiative.good luck.
