Tell you parent where you are going? Who you will be with? Who drop and pick you up? Let your parent talk to other parents. Then I 'm pretty sure that you parent will allow you to go out ...........

That is something that is hard to do. I never went out unless I was with someone and their parents and my parents made sure the other parents were there. I think it is good parenting. I could be wrong but it is better to be going out with parents and friends with their parents than to be asking if you are pregnant at 13.

Depends on where and when and for how long. I'm sure if you give them that information and it's not out of line and they have a way of getting ahold of you...what is "going out" when you are 13? There is no where to go without parental supervision.

I don't think 13 year olds need to be anywhere without parents, except maybe the mall for an hour or two.

You don't convince them.You are a child and they are the adults,no matter how you look at it,they are going to do for you what they think is best.It may not seem this way now,but eventually you will understand and appreciate this!Trust me.And you are way too young to be going out!

well im 13 and i go out everyday with my friends, we go miles away but i must be back in before it reaches dark.. we just usually hang out and have a good time.. i dont see why not as long as you have a cell phone and are out where traffic is moving.

Your too young :) Have friends over at your house or hang out at the mall. You have plenty of time when you get older to be an "adult".
