The femur is the longest bone in the body and is located directly inferior to your pelvis, but superior to your lower leg. In English, it's your thigh bone.

The femur is the longest and one of the strongest bones in our body, it goes from the hip, to the knee. It's the one under your your quadriceps and femoral biceps.... that means it's the one under your thighs. The upper leg. Very strong bone, hard to break.

It's your thigh bone. It is the hardest bone in your body to break & takes the longest to heal when it does. It almost always requires surgery to repair it.
