when a guy first meets someone for the first time.what is some important advice that would need to know.not that i want to say stupid things but it's always bound to happen.

1. Don't try to be funny - just be yourself and if yourself includes "funny" then you will be funny, if not your not so what.
2. Don't insult. I don't care if you are doing it to be funny and flirtatious, some guys go overboard with this and it just blows up in their face. It's not something to mess with.
3. Do not under any circumstances get all Debby Downer real fast, a.k.a keep the mood happy.
4. Ask her what she's interested in and go from there. If she likes theater then say "oh well have you seen a Broadway play?" If she likes skiing ask "Oh well where is your favorite place to ski"
5. Your not that special. Don't flaunt your talents unless you can prove them either.
6. You like sports, admit it. Don't pretend to all of a sudden be the guy that "listens" to a girl. Because that won't stick and she'll dump you because you were busy watching the Super Bowl.
7. If you happen to say something stupid - please under no circumstances are you to laugh at your own joke. It just makes you look like a giggling moron!

Don't talk badly about ex girlfriends.
Don't complain about your job.
Don't share bodily functions with her (fart, burp, pick your nose).
Don't tell her how to change her appearance to please you, like; 'your hair would look better down instead of in a pony tail.'
Don't complain about how much the dinner check is.
Don't stare at her breasts when she's talking to you.
Listen to what she is saying, don't just pretend to listen.
Ask her questions about HER to show that you really are interested in her.
Don't talk about yourself endlessly.
Dress in clean clothes, shower, brush your teeth, etc before you go out with her....bad hygiene is a real turn off!
Don't share your family skeletons, wierdness, or negative things about your family until you know her better.
DO tell her your goals and dreams
DO share clean humor if you know some good jokes or have funny stories to share....we love a good laugh!

Don't think of things to say to her. Let it flow. If you are thinking of the next thing to say while she is talking then you are not listening. Which doesn't make for good conversation. Do not be nervous, or anxious.

Farting is ok on a first date as long as you dont get any on her,
its ok to make her pay too. in fact demand it.
seriously, be yourself, hopefully you know who you are, and dont try to impress or lie to make yourself seem better than you are,
just relax, if its meant to be it will be.
Unless you want a booty call then lie your butt off and get some.

it is much harder to think of things to turn a girl on... you should ask that question instead perhaps... nevertheless, when you first meet a person, you shouldn't be thinking of any of these things. you should say, hi, nice to meet you, and maybe find out what she is interested in...
