There is not enough information here to really say. What is his business? Why will it be seen all over town? If it is going to be seen all over town, I presume there is a reason for it. If they are co-workers or business partners or such, there is nothing wrong with it. People in business get their pictures taken with people all the time. What is the big deal? So they're leaning together? That doesn't mean anything. The only person who would read into that is someone who is jealous... or suspicious. Is the wife and husband having relationship problems? Are the two people in question rumored to be an item behind the wife's back? Then you've got a whole new story. But based on what you are providing here, I think you're making it into something more than it really is.

If it's for business it can't be avoided. I'm sure the whole town knows he's in business and they know who his wife is too. If he doesn't frame it up and put it on his desk what's the harm in that? Unless they see them together all the time, then it's time to worry.

Depends on the picture, depends on the business. If his wife is uncomfortable with it, it seems unwise. If the general population doesn't know he is married, it probably makes no difference from an advertising point of view.

I don't see a problem. Last fall I attended a awards banquet with my boss and we were both given awards. A picture was taken and published in the company paper. I think it best if you both look at the camera and not each other.

Men & women, women & women, etc. all take pictures together for business purposes. Maybe ask your husband to retake the picture with the two of them not so close, that you are very uncomfortable with it. All you can do is ask.

Not unless they're both officers of a corp or president & vice-president. You didn't give enof info about their importance in the company or what your husband as said about it. So we are hearing only your side of it.

Were they naked? Sounds exciting. I'd say that unless it was a pornographic pose it's ok. If it was pornographic, send it over!

It is ok only if you had been ok with it. If you had any problems with it at all you should have told him and he should not have taken the picture.

If it is a business associate I wouldn't worry.
