Desperate to put on weight! ive tried every eating plan there is and i just stay at 9 stone. Im 5'10" so real skinny, and i eat all the time. i have huge meals, massive desserts, and im always snacking throughout the day but im still the same weight! really gets to me when people say, oh, you must be starving yourself, or, oh, you must be bulimic. im not, i so want to put on weight and its now working! any ideas? i need to fill out coz my hips are a weird shape too,real boyish and i want curves so i can wear a hip-hugging dress an not feel like a prat! Please, please, ive put up with this for 20 years and i really want to look good for my 21st in july. Any help appreciated. Thank u xx

You should just be thankful your healthy , loads of women i would think would love to have a prob like not putting on weight.

What you may want to try, is eating like protein shakes and lot's off stuff that will help you gain wait. You can even drink Pedisure. I was underwieight once too. I always ate and everything but I couldn't seem to put weight on and I had the same problem with people thinking I was bulimic or anorexix unless they knew me. I went to see my doctor, he suggested protein shakes and pedisure he had some other things for me too! I really suggest pedisure and protein shakes and go see your dr. he will really help!

oh please can we swop places?
I'm 5'5" and weigh 13 stone. Im a size 16.
I would love to be skinny.
You must have a very fast metabolism, and burn calories off very quickly; don't fight it...instead make the most of your height nad figure. Wear outrageous clothes, really tight; belly tops; layers of clothes; don't try to put on weight; at htis stage you are not going to.
Be glad you have a great appetite, and show that great figure off. Slim hips are lovely; go for booster or padded bras to give you a shape on top......

I know how you feel. I am 6ft 1" and 9 1/2 stone. I have been like it for 34 years. Try chicken or food with a high carb content.

You need to see your physician because based on what you claim you are eating, and still not gaining weight, there may be an underlying problem.

Just love yourself as you are. You are beautiful.

Have you tried avocado? It's full of fat but only healthy unsaturated fat and works for most people. Good luck~

Lots of beans on toasts, then when you done with the toast, finish off with some bean sandwhiches

wow. i'm 14 and i'm like a stick. i eat so much like you. i think we can do anything. build muscle it'll make you look a little fatter
