Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someones neck, and the guy screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing?

its just one of those wierd electronic vampire baby's that are left over from halloween. dont' worry, the batteries will run out eventually, unless the the mechanical ones really live off of blood too.
