Look up what is called Celiac's Disease, and be sure you're sitting down when you do it.
The Gluten-Free Perscription Diet is one download they have and it is MUST READ for you because it is potentially life-shortening, but, plus, when you read all the sypmptoms that go with it, and how you can cut out a lot of misery from your life by going to the trouble of avoiding gluten foods, you will be amazed at how much BETTER you come to feel. Gluten Luck!
And look up Gluten Free Recepits, there's a ton of them.

Wheat is one of the big 8 foods on the Allergen list. It is the only item in which no one has died from. The other 7 have taken victims.
If you buy food from the store the word Wheat must be in the ingredient label and it must state it is an Allergen.
Your biggest concern will be at restaurants where there is no labeling. Even things like Pasta are made from wheat not just bread.

Look for "gluten free" products at the grocery store. If you type in celiac disease to google it will give you lots of info (celiac disease sufferers also can't eat wheat). Here's one:

You want to look up Gluten intolerance, gluten sprue, and gluten allergy. I would do it on webmd.com -- their section on this is very comprehensive.

Good luck!
