Ahh... i'm an previous college traditionalist while i think of of banana split. i admire the previous fundamentals - vanilla with chocolate syrup, chocolate with pineapple topping and the strawberry in the middle with the marshmellow creme topping. all of it coated with mounds of whipped cream, then sprinkled with the chopped nuts & crowned with a bright pink cherry. i will't have those anymore yet i will dream...
