It sounds like Tintinitis. Which basically is buzzing in the ear and can effect your hearing. You got it because you had a headset on and the music was way to loud.

It may not stop for a couple of days. You need to see an audiologist or an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. There used to be nothing you could do but somehow advances in medicine tell me that I bet there is something that can be done.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY MORE MUSIC. You will only make matters worse.

What you are describing is called tinitus. The ringing in your ears is from the tiny microscopic hair follicles in your ear canal laying down, allowing more vibration off your tympanic membrane. You need to keep the music lower, as this is most likely the cause. The hairs do not rebound easily, and you can have permanent hearing damage if you don't take care of your ears. Good luck.

I know you won't like to hear this, but the ringing is caused by damage from the loud music. Keep the volume down in the future. Some of us have continuous ringing from loud music. Good luck!!!

it sounds like you may be experiencing a mild case of vertigo. You should go to the dr. and get them to check it.
