This is a tough question to answer, because it is a very personal decision. As a mom, I am inclined to say wait until you're ready to raise a child and you are in your twenties - but then I would be a real hypocrite, since I lost my virginity at 16 to a long-term and loving boyfriend. It is a BIG decision though, and I think it should be thought through. It should be with someone you really care about, who treats you well and with respect and all precautions to prevent disease and pregnancy should be taken. It is your life, so don't do anything you will regret later just because you're in a hurry to experience sex.

Anything under the age of 18 i think is to young.

18 +++. I think that you should wait until you are 18 or older. College years or older. Hopefully having protected sex will be the norm as well. There is allot to protect yourself from these days. Definitely wait. Save yourself for marriage even. Your virginity is a precious thing. Don't give it up lightly!

Personally, I think that you should wait until you get married. Since we live in 2007 though..............I would make sure you get birth control before engaging in it, unless you want kids. The Depo shot is the #1 besides abstinence. Then once you have gotten that taken care of, 18 is about the healthiest age. Be careful though don't just have sex with anyone. The best thing to do is to wait until you KNOW that you want to be with that person.

BUT IF YOU MUST< I SAY 18. SO that statutory rape charges cannot be pressed. I would wait until you got married, and besides....in these last days we are living in....you might find yourself in the Giuness Book of World Records for actually waiting until you were married..lol......
TOOOOO young is definitely anything below 18, but Im of the old school.....there is no call whatsoever for 11 yr. olds to be in any sexual activity at all! NONE!!

I think you should wait until your 18 or older to have sex, that way you have no one to answer to but yourself. And I think 11 is way too young to have sex.

id say 16 and higher is a good age for safe sex anything younger is just kinda grousse!
