try the hollywood 48 hour liquid diet. You can lose up to 10 lbs in 2 days. You drink this mixture and 8 glasses of water both days. I tried it and lost 8 lbs. They sell it @ WalMart for like $15.

ok! if I tell you about all diets - I will get violation notice.
So I will tell only this - do not starve yourself - when you will start to eat - your body will take a revenge - you will gain more than you had. You have to find another way. May be to avoid not healthy food and drink a lot of water and also very good - cleansing.

The 3 day diet is good, and just go under google and put 3 day diet it will come up. You have to stick to it though for it to work.

Cereal, oatmeal, etc. 3 times a day and that's it, if you even eat....
I hear you can just eat grapes or salad and nothing else. Not good as far as getting your daily amount of vitamins and minerals. But strictly grapes or even just water and crackers
