Matzoh......I have another name for it...over sized...unsalted....saltine. I love my culture, but there is a reason you don't see people flocking to "Jewish" restaurants...but you do see Jews flocking torwards Italian and Chinese. We have contributed so much to society...but with a couple of exceptions (the bagel...actually our breads in general..when they are leavened...and a few of our deli meats like Pastrami), food is not among those contributions.

Matzo - it is very good.... with butter or cream cheese and herbs ... or other things...and mixed with egg and stuff it makes a great dumpling in chicken broth and becomes Matzo Ball Soup
