Im Catholic and I dont plan on Converting but Im just curious about The Agnostic Religion.

agnosticism is not a religion, but a group of people who claim to believe in God, but don't want to belong to an organized religon. Its like being an athiest, but with a backup plan. This way you can acknowledge that there is a God, but not commit to anything beyond that - especially all that MORALITY stuff. If you take the teachings of Christianity and the church out and just make up your own version of what YOU think God should be like, then you can pretty much do as you like in life. It isn't honest - but that isn't a priority for some people.

I saw this report when it first came out, but that was the first time I saw that CNN video. Man were those "Religious Leaders" back-pedaling like there was no tomorrow. Ha! "Why do athiests no more about religion than religious ppl?" I think this is because many atheists and agnostics take religion very seriously. So they learn about it and gather knowledge, just like anyone would on important issues. Also, in my opinion, if you want someone to be an atheist, just make them read the Bible.

i'm an agnostic anyway agnosticism isn't a religion it deals with the concept that a higher power such as god is unknowable anyway there are many different types of agnostics there are agnostic theists there are agnostic atheists and there are agnostics who are in the middle anyway let me give you this link so that you can learn more about it

Gnostic=Knowledge
Agnostic means to not know for sure if there is a God or not.
They may or may not be spiritual, but they definately don't follow any set doctrine.

Agnostic isn't a religion, it means that they think that it CANT be proven whether there's a God or gods or not.
