I want to do a different kind of bridal shower... they already have everything for their house... so I want to do something sexy... any one have any ideas for like food, drinks, cake... games? Theme... anything!

You could do a Hot & Spicy theme. This could involve both lingerie items & things for the kitchen. People could bring recipes - either for how to keep a marriage hot or for things to actually cook. You could serve spicy Bloody Marys or Bloody Marias. For food, you could do hot wings, or better yet Cajun style food. You could serve a spice cake.

If you are looking for a co-ed bridal shower there are a couple of things you could do - one could be a stock the bar shower and make it more of a cocktail party but guests stock the bar. If it is females only then a lingere party is fun, manicure and pedicure party or a party where everybody take pole dancing lessons. I went to a pole dancing shower - it was so funny and at the end the bride to be does her dance. For that shower everyone brought different lingere gifts and someone bought a gift certificate for boudoir photos for the bride to be which can be used for an engagement gift for groom. Manicure and Pedicure parties are fun too - who doesn't love getting those. For that party the host hired a few people from a nail shop and had them done at her house there are also some places that have private rooms for parties. Good luck - but most importantly have fun.

One of my friends' had a bridal shower that was so much fun....she hired a female stripper to teach us all how to "strip" not just take the clothes off.....but to be seductive. It was way fun!!! a great game idea is to make a set of cards....on them write things that start like this....
I never had sex in a hot tub.....or......i have never used a sextoy....I hate foreplay......etc.
The object is that the person pics the card and reads it....whom ever has done the opposite of the statement has to drink. You can learn alot about your friends!!! haha I made the cards on the computer and put little pictures on them. Then you can save them for the next party!!

There are certain people that throw sex toy parties. This would probley be fun for a bridal shower and maybe they could refer you to a bakery that could bake you a X rated cake and some finger foods. Here are some websites that I found..

don't forget that her mother , mother in law, grandmother, aunts etc will be there? if it is just the bridal party that is fine but taste and respect for the family of the bride and groom ; they waited a whole lifetime for this moment; tacky is best saved for just among the girls not the family.
