I would like to lose 100lbs as soon as possible. I've already lost 40lbs by just dieting, and i'd like to start attending a gym to boost physical fitness and hopefully shed more pounds. I'm in the New York area, and would like to know what gym's are offering the best deals. Please - no Jenny Craig, or LA weightloss etc...
And no fat jokes.
I would rather opinions from real women or men, since many gym websites don't offer rates.

I agree with Health-Nut. try to find the best gym that is the closest. when the gym is close you are more inclined to not find excuses not to go.

Whats more important is how convenient it is to access. The closer it is to either work or home would be best choice. You will have no reason not to go if it easy and close. Price is secondary. Your worth what ever it takes.

I would recommend workout first thing in the morning. Most people that go after work usually do stick with the program

You could join a Curves. Its great I went there to loose weight and it definetly worked! And if you join this month you get 30 days free!
