Less than 5%. The rest are staff weenies or support pukes.

Not totally sure. But you can only be a pilot if you have a 4 year college degree and meet strict requirements. Then you have to pass all the training.

I'd imagine and don't quote me on this about only 15 percent, so quite low but still higher than any other branch. Yes that is a guess.
