OK.
I found the product key strip on the back of the harddrive.
the problem is that the numbers and letters listed are not valid.

no wonder this thing was so cheap.

Your hardware vendor should have supplied a card or paper with the CD key on it.

If you are using a laptop, it could be on a sticker on the bottom. If you are using a desktop, it could be on the side or the back.

If not, you will need to contact tech support.

No i don't...i don't see explanation why i would not tell "it fairly is a key to a drawer, a door, a field..." bc It would not demonstrate what's hidden interior the drawer, in the back of the door, interior the field...If asked what's hidden interior the drawer etc, even nonetheless, i might say something ordinary like "some very own stuff" or "it fairly is a buddy's residing house" and would not demonstrate the reality under no situations...

The company who installed the program should have given you all cases and paperwork that came with the program. If they didn't contact the company that installed it for you and let them know you didn't receive the cases and key codes. Usually they will help you from there.

It'll be printed on the back-up disk that came with your computer, or on the paperwork attached to it.
