Ah...hang out with a group of friends. Or, ask her to study or something like that. Are there school activities you two can do together? Like, go to a school play or a carnival or something? Make it school oriented.

looks can be deceiving. most (not all) popular girls are just little b!tches.. it's not worth it. if you REALLY insist, then try to become friends first.
