They have until today (Jan 31) to MAIL the W-2. The post office may take a few days to deliver it. The IRS recommends calling them at 1-800-TAX-1040 if you have not received your W-2 by Feb 15.

The MAILING deadline is today. Give it a couple of more days and then TALK to the employer.
Especially if this is a current employer you might not want to report him to the IRS. It might make working conditions difficult.
