Yes PBS did a Show on it last year called Hitler's Sunken Secret http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/hydro/ It's was very good.

Yes a recent survey of the ferry Hydro found the containers still there most still intact and that is where they will stay as Norway has declared the wreck a war grave. Eventually it will spill from it's containers and be diluted by the sea no harm no foul. The stuff is harmless.

the history channel did a special on this. The ship is there, and the drums are also, however, they didn't contain the amount of 'heavy water' that was expected.

Yes they are still there, but the sub is releasing toxic chemicals so they don't want to attempt a recovery, in fact there are plans to bury the sub where it lays.

It is still there. They have found some barrels, but many are still in the sediment of the lake.
