you should use water not milk. canines are lactose intollerant and don't have the enzymes necessary to interrupt down ANY sort of cows milk. in case you relatively need to apply a 'milk' sort product then you definately can get doggy milk suppliment out of your vet or the puppy keep. No cows milk for doggies.
