Nah, you gotta do running and strength train your legs for that. But it will help in preventing heart disease though, so it's not a bad idea.

Eventually, it will develop the muscles in your legs, so by bigger, you might mean this. Elliptical exercise is a good exercise for the heart also, but it can also make your legs more attractive, i.e. more shapely.

if you are in a very, very small percentage of women that bulk up quickly, maybe, especially if you set the machine at a high resistance level......

but most women don't bulk up easily at all......you would have to spend hours a day lifting weights to get much larger, if you're like most women....
