Always check the labels!
Frosted Flakes, by the way,a re high in sugar...
and SUGAR can create FALSE HUNGER.
You may want to check this with your doc, etc., but I believe the reason that sugar causes false hunger has to do with the regulation of insulin in your blood.
Your pancreas produces insulin to help the sugar in your blood cross into the cells of your body and store as fat for energy.
Eating a lot of sugar causes an overproduction of insulin in a rapid way.
When all the sugar is attached to insulin, there is extra left over, and that causes hunger.
Even if it's off, it's a great way for you to remember that it's not just how much you eat, but What you eat, that controls your appetite.

Well it depends on the cereal ....(duh)
Frosted Flakes definitely is not healthy because it has a lot of sugar. So try to eat whole grain cereals if you want a healthy cereal!!!! ;)

Cereal is healthy, but not too much of it. Frosted Flakes has a lot of sugar, so try cereals with less sugar, like cheerios, or chex.
They say people who eat cereal in the morning are much more active than people who don't.
I eat cereal in the morning 5 days in a week.

a friend of mine who is a nutrinionist said that oatmeal or hot cereal is the best bet. but not the ones that are pre-packages and contain a ton of suger. just the regular instant oatmeal (not flavored) is good. you can add some splenda to it if you want it a little sweeter. hope this helps.
