not true but brushing hair a lot makes it fall out faster. Although they do say that the average person loses so many in a day regardless. You have billions of hairs, to lose like 300 a day is normal, or something like that.

I don't wash my hair everyday but my hair don't get oily or bad looking. Cuz if i do my hair gets to soft and does sted. But the reason i was it every other day is cuz the oils help your hair stay strong and protect it. Just get your hair trimed every month. wash is when you feel the need to and if you change shampoos i find my hair softer and healthy. And take vitamens.

it wouldnt SEEM to fall out as much because you would be washing it everyday. it's not good to wash your hair everyday, it takes out the natural oils out of your hair.
but the same amount of hair falls out if you wash it everyday or if you wash it every 2 days. it doesnt make a diffrence

If your hair is falling out you need to take Vitamin A and Vitamin B-complex. It does not have anything to do with how often you wash. The vitamins are very reasonable at any CVS or other drug store

No.

The only benefit of doing this is that it allows ur hair to moisturise itself naturally when would strengthen ur hair a little but not enough to forgo a daily wash if that is what u currently do.
