Okay she likes him but she is not sure if she should go out with him because he is gay so we asked him if he is and he said no but when u say his name at school they say you mean that gay guy? Should she go out with him?

Why not? What's the problem? She hasn't even been out with him and she's already worried that he won't want to marry her some day? Who cares whether anyone thinks he's gay or not? Only he knows if he's gay.
He's a friend. True friends are hard to come by. Do you read any of these other questions where so-called "friends" treat people like dirt? Some people don't know what a friend is. A friend is someone who accepts you for who you are, makes you feel good about yourself, is fun to be around--and doesn't try to trash someone else's friends with rumors.

dont judge someone by what other people think he is. there's a lot of guys at my school that act kinda gay, but really arent. if he was gay, he would tell u the truth. if he is, then thats his choice but im sure he isnt otherwise he would have said so.

Did he ask her out??? Then I would say he is not gay. If he likes girls, then he is not gay. If he didn't ask her out, then she should ask him out. And if he says no, that still doesn't mean that he is gay, it just mean he doesn't like her.
