We met this year. I added her to my facebook, and she suddenly became very nice to me for about 2 wks. I suspected she liked me. When we got back from Thanksgiving break, she seemed mad at me, completely ignoring me. Also, she didn't know I was reading her AIM away messages, and some were almost certainly about me. I began putting things (usually lyrics) about her in my AIM profile, because I liked her too. I continued to do that up til a few days ago. I finally told her how I felt. She said she wasn't looking for a relationship right now, but would love to get to know me better. She was also very nice again. We got to know each other a little. Before Christmas break, she was still talking to me. Over break, she started ignoring me again. Breaks over, she blocks me on AIM, then unblocks me the next day. Then she removes me from her facebook and says she just needs to focus on grades and finances. She also again says she doesn't want a relationship right now. I never asked her for one

Sorry here's the rest of it.
I don't think I was pushing too hard. I did continue to put lyrics about her in my AIM profile, but I had been doing that for 2 months and she never said anything. She says we're still friends, but doesn't really talk to me now. It was only me she deleted on facebook BTW. Can someone make some sense of this for me. Did I push too hard. Is she afraid of something? Any other ideas. Even if she doesn't want a relationship, I still like being around her as friends. How do I get her to talk to me again?

Sorry, the wording looks confusing in the first paragraph. I told her how I felt over two months ago, so that's how long she's known.

For damnifmecares_01s answer. One thing, I never gave her my AIM. The only place she could have gotten it was facebook. Also, she was obviously reading my profile and away messages too because her messages that I believe were about me, were kind of like responses to mine

Dont show that you are way to much into her give her space dont show that you want her to much cos wen you show that much feeling you usually get hurt - trust me !

She's merely insecured, me thinks.. Gives her a break to cool down and DON over reacts. She will eventually talks to ya when she needed some1 to talk to. One mistakes ya may has make, ya shouldnt have read her offlines. That's privacy intrusions, she maybe having some1 else on her mind and am just taking you as a substitute. My advice is be patient, for it conquers the world. Moves on with your life as usual and DON be childish to do all those unnecessary addings of lyrics into watever AIM. One thing you'll learn is that lots of girls LOVE to play games with boys. They thrive on the attention. This girl is just messing around with you. Leave her alone and find someone worthwhile.
