Ford recommends 10w30 oil for your engine. Now, depending on mileage, care of the engine, and some personal preference, you can use other oil choices. In 1990 there were some synthetic oil choices, today there are far more. Synthetic oils tend to "survive" better under high heat and stress conditions, and tend to flow better during cold weather. If you are trying to use your car in a race scene, a heavier oil will help out, but I doubt you are racing. There are some semi-synthetic oil choices out there as well, so it does depend on what you are willing to pay for. Good luck.

You don't want syn in that unless it has a new engine, try the blended for older or high mileage engines. I would go with 10-40, but then I'm in CA :)

try the blended for older or high mileage engines, also depend where you live. cause each location around countries can make different on the engine oil.

available, yet there is better to it than purely dropping a sturdy motor in. something else of the motorcar should be ready to address the better potential. So, it always better authentic looking(value smart) to purchase a Mustang that has a V8 in it already.
