not listening to music it's not. if something has happened to you to cause you to be upset angry or hurt ... then welling up is acceptable. but because you hear a sweet song? no honey, that's not justifiable. lol ... work on controlling your emotions dear.

some would say men who cry are sad but saturday afternoon 5pm the match is over your fave football teams just been beaten again and go have a look in a few pubs near the ground and all over the place all you can see is loads of synchronised bottom lips quivering
and there all there crying into there pint glasses
grown men feeling hard done by because there team got beat
this is true this is true
i know because i am that man sniffle sniffle lol
everyone has there own opinion about it but i dont think its that terrible

There is nothing wrong with it men have emotions aswell if something upsets me i will let my self cry people who say other wise have a very juvenile attitude and most women i have known like a man to show his emotions

See the first answerer is the reason that men don't feel it acceptable to cry. Because of women like that who make it sound like it makes them less of a man.
if something provokes emotion in you then you go ahead and well up, whatever it may be that causes it.

I believe it's okay for men to cry. Everyone is different and shows their emotions in different ways. However, when all the man does is cry, that guy needs a bit of therapy.
