Yes. But it would not be fun. And the sight of a doctor over your head might make you nervous. Also it is routinely necessary for the nostril bone/cartilage to be cracked and restructured. So you would probably be nervous. and scared. And you'd move. No motor movements allowed.

In theory, yes, depending on exactly what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend it, though, and your surgeon would probably be an idiot to agree. Even if you can't feel any pain, you can still see sharp instruments coming at your face. All it takes is one nervous twitch to mess up the whole works, which won't make anyone happy.
