Just Curious. Is it true that if a man were to call police on a woman, because she assaulted him, the police would either not attend the call, or laugh and spit in the man's face? Is it true that if a woman wants to get revenge on her spouse in some way, all she has to do is fabricate a story that her husband or boyfriend assaulted her in some way, and the police will attend IMMEDIATELY and lock up the husband/boyfriend EVEN IF THEY FIND OUT IT'S NOT TRUE? Is it also true that the court would convict the man, even if they know the man is innocent? I'm just exagerating a little bit, but I would like to hear from police and judges the TRUTH on this. Is it fair? Is it ENCOURAGED in North American culture to ALWAYS favour women over men, and BASH men at every opportunity?

the domestic violence laws were created to protect women who were being killed in domestic violence cases. It is no joke and was and still is a serious issue. With the adoption of very strict laws AND enforcement, the number of cases is diminishing. A woman who strikes, assaults or injures her male partner is as subject to arrest as the male. It just so happens that males are the greater violators of this type of crime. Also, there are very serious penalties to police officers who fail to enforce these crimes, so you can bet that in most cases there will be an arrest

You are exaggerating a little bit. I am not a policeman or a judge, but I was in the military. I can tell you that you do see treatment like that in the military. They work less and if one women is uncomfortable everyone has to suffer because of the spinless attitude of the officers. Women also advance faster and do better like they do in our public schools. However in the civilian world most of the favoritism is subtle. Although we are not as bad as Europe we are getting that way. If the man is found innocent they are eventually and grudgingly let go. You are probably drawing this from that one case with the lacrosse players and the stripper. While it is true that what is happening in that case is a bastardization of justice, but not all American politics are that way. My advice would be to stay out of the liberal havens of California and New York. Texas is a lot better than what some people think. Just stay out of Austin as that is also a liberal haven. Just be cautious around the opposite sex in American and you'll be okay. For example unless you trust them never be alone and out of sight of any witnesses. The reason is because rape charges and blackmail can ensue. This is just to be safe, mind you, many men never have to worry about this problem.

No, that's NOT true. Women will go to jail too, if it is determined that she is the offender. If the man has marks/cuts/bruises/blood and the woman has none and says that HE abused her; the police aren't that ignorant. That would be a lawsuit. In my state of Wisconsin USA, if the police are called about a disturbance and it is domestic, SOMEONE is going to jail. It is NOT always the man.

No way, if it were authentic i do not imagine that there should be as many adult adult males in North u . s . a .!! at the same time as the police respond to a relatives violence call, they verify to confirm who has better seen marks of violence. the different man or woman no matter if it really is the guy or female is the only which is going to detention middle. the in hardship-free words time that a woman receives away with homicide isn't any matter if that is self protection. a guy ought to smash out with homicide besides if those were the situations.

Its very untrue, although its slightly better than it used to be a woman who injures a man while defending herself is hauled off to jail if she leaves a mark and told that it will be straightened out later. Many states have laws that lead to the arrest of either party if the other is injured, laws that are sex blind. If one male officer is inclined to laugh at a man who complains when is wife, who is a foot shorter and a hundred pounds lighter than he is goes crying for protection to the cops, which happens, that is the fault of the policeman's training, not the law.

No this is not true. There is always two sides to a story. Evidence must be there to support an arrest, or the police will be in deep trouble in civil court.

I don't believe that women are favored over men. Only crazy women fabricate stories about their husbands for revenge. Most of the things you stated are false.

Men really need to take care of themselves and not choose women based on their looks. Look for a woman with character that appreciates a man being a man.
Mean women will make men pay. No matter how they have to do it.

Seems like it. Look at all the female teachers getting busted for having sex with students. The teachers are hot so they are getting light sentences. If any at all. If it was a man, he would be put in prison so fast he would think he was in a time warp.
