You dont need a visa for Cuba but a Tourist card and most Tour operators like Thomson, Airtours, Thomas Cook include this as part of the package. Always check with your agent to make sure that it is included. You will need to supply passport details at the time of booking in order for them to include your tourist card with your tickets.

If you are just getting a flight then you would need to apply for a tourist card through the embassy or a visa service.
